Our Annual General Meeting will be conducted this Friday 19 December 2025 at 310 Circle Drive (change of location, usual start time of 7:15 am). Agenda is as follows:
- Call to Order
- Adopt Agenda
- Approval of minutes from 2024/25 AGM (to be circulated via Club Runner)
- Review of Financial Statements 2024/25
- Approval of 2025/26 Operating Budget
- Certification of President-Elect for 2026/27 and Introduction of that Board
- Nomination for Club President for 2027/28 (President-Elect-Elect)
- Adjournment
